Dinner 26th April 2010


My dinner tonight: roast garlic purée on toast; roast smoked salmon from farm shop; butter beans with roasted aubergines, onions and rosemary/lemon thyme from botanic garden; spinach salad dressed with olive oil, lemon juice/zest, honey, mustard and roast garlic dressing. With a glass of Trinity apple juice. This was the meal that made me think: do you know, I eat so well it would be a shame not to record it - I ought to start a food blog. So here we are.
